The study used a classroom action research approach implemented in two cycles, each including the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 34 students of class VIIE MTs Negeri 12 Majalengka. Data were collected through observation of learning activities and learning outcome tests. The results showed that the percentage of student learning activities increased from 8.82% in the initial conditions to 29.41% in cycle I and increased again to 52.94% in cycle II. Student learning outcomes also increased, indicated by the average class value which increased from 64.41 in the initial conditions to 72.35 in cycle I and 81.91 in cycle II. The percentage of student learning completion increased from 61.8% in the initial conditions to 73.5% in cycle I and reached 91.2% in cycle II. The study used a school action research design implemented in two cycles: pre-supervision, supervision implementation, and post-collaborative supervision. The subjects were 49 teachers at MTs Negeri 11 Kuningan. Data were collected through collaborative supervision process observation sheets, teacher professional performance observation sheets, and field notes, then analyzed descriptively using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results showed that teachers' professional competence in the pre-cycle obtained an average score of 52.27, categorized as poor. After implementing collaborative supervision in the first cycle, the average score increased to 70.45, categorized as sufficient. Improvements to the supervision process were made in the second cycle by strengthening teacher coordination and preparedness, resulting in an average score of 88.64, categorized as good. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational approach. The study population included all 23 teachers, all of whom were sampled using a total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire as the primary instrument, supported by interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that the implementation of Islamic leadership is categorized as very good, while teacher performance is categorized as good. Inferential analysis indicates a strong and positive relationship between Islamic leadership and teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.65. The coefficient of determination of 0.42 indicates that Islamic leadership makes a significant contribution to teacher performance. Hypothesis testing proves that Islamic leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer software on ten relevant scientific articles. The visualization results revealed three main keyword clusters: contextual learning, student creativity, and IPAS content integration. The findings indicate that the CTL model plays a significant role in creating meaningful and contextual learning that fosters students' creativity. Furthermore, literature trends show an increasing interest in this topic over the past five years. However, there remains a research gap in the specific application of CTL within IPAS learning at the elementary level. This study aims to develop relevant, contextual, and engaging learning strategies to enhance numeracy literacy, particularly in reasoning. A bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer on 18 Google Scholar articles (2021-2025) revealed that research primarily focuses on ability analysis, literacy improvement, worksheet development, and literacy activity implementation. However, VOSviewer visualizations indicate a scarcity of clusters or terms explicitly highlighting integrated pedagogical strategies specifically designed to develop reasoning and data interpretation skills contextually and enjoyably. This study's novelty lies in designing and validating an integrated learning strategy that combines student-centered approaches, real-world case studies, and interactive technology to optimize elementary students' numerical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
