PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS NARASI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE INQUIRI PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 2 MALANGBONG
Abstract
This research aims to obtain information about improving narrative text writing skills using the inquiry method for class VII A students at SMP Negeri 2 Malangbong. The method used in this research is descriptive and the form of research is classroom action research (PTK). The data sources for this research are teachers, 30 class VII A students, and documents. The data in this research are lesson plans, observation results, and the results of writing narrative texts. The results obtained from this research are an increase in the learning process and learning outcomes of narrative text writing skills. The result of the learning process is that it is easier for teachers to direct students to participate in learning and students are very enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. The results of the narrative text writing test were that in cycle I there was an increase with an average score of 75 and in cycle II there was an increase in the average score of 83. So, the narrative text writing skills of class VII A students increased.
