Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Islamic leadership model and its impact on teacher performance at MI Plus Annur in 2025. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational approach. The study population included all 23 teachers, all of whom were sampled using a total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire as the primary instrument, supported by interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that the implementation of Islamic leadership is categorized as very good, while teacher performance is categorized as good. Inferential analysis indicates a strong and positive relationship between Islamic leadership and teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.65. The coefficient of determination of 0.42 indicates that Islamic leadership makes a significant contribution to teacher performance. Hypothesis testing proves that Islamic leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. These findings confirm that the application of Islamic leadership values can be an effective strategy for improving teacher performance in Islamic-based elementary education institutions.
