ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN BAHASA SUNDA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI SMP NEGERI 1 MANGUNJAYA

Abstract

The language of instruction is the language used by the teacher in conveying learning in the classroom. In accordance with UU No. 24 of 2009 concerning the Flag, Language and State Emblem and the National Anthem that Indonesian is the Language of Instruction in the world of education. However, teachers also often use regional languages ​​in communicating with their students. This study aims to determine the use of Sundanese as the author's regional language as the language of instruction in learning activities at SMPN 1 Mangunjaya, Pangandaran Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods, while data collection techniques are carried out in a triangulation (combined) manner, and data analysis is inductive/qualitative in nature.Based on the results of the research, it is known that the total amount of data that the writer found during his research at SMP Negeri 1 Mangunjaya, Pangandaran Regency, amounted to 16 PD (Phonological Data) and 10 SD (Spelling Data). Errors that occurred in the use of Indonesian in students at SMP Negeri 1 Mangunjaya includes two forms of errors, namely phonological errors in the use of Indonesian and spelling errors in the use of Indonesian. The forms of phonological errors occur in the teaching and learning process in the classroom including teacher and student conversations, while spelling errors occur in student practice results in learning Indonesian in SMP Negeri 1 Mangunjaya, Pangandaran Regency
